Encounter

     Encounter is for Sr. High students and meets every other Sunday night at 6.  This is a shared ministry with our sister church, First Church (Located at the corner of Grace St. and Lincoln Ave).  Encounter provides students a comfortable environment where they can build relationships with each other and with God.  From Coffee house conversations to Colorado Ski Trips the students are provided a number of unique opportunities to broaden their horizons. 

      Encounter is also involved in various service projects throughout the year.  Contact: Pastor of Student Ministries Ken Scholma.

 Undergrounds

The UnderGrounds Coffee House is a fun and cozy place designed specifically for students to connect with each other and with God.  UnderGrounds is found on the lower level of Pastor Ken's house (on the southwest corner of the First Church parking lot) and provides a safe and comfortable environment for students to connect with each other and with God.  UnderGrounds is open every other Tuesday night from 7-9 for Jr. High / Middle School students (6th-8th).  Sr. High students can meet at UnderGrounds every other Thursday night from 7-9.
